Charting Bold Horizons

As Chairman of Phoenix Beverages, I extend my sincere thanks to my fellow directors for their strategic guidance, and to our executive leadership — CEO Bernard Theys and COO/CFO Patrick Rivalland — for their disciplined execution and forward-looking leadership. To our employees, your dedication and resilience continue to drive our success. I am deeply grateful for your unwavering commitment.

At Phoenix Beverages Ltd, we view mergers and acquisitions not merely as business transactions, but as strategic milestones in our growth journey. In 2025, our acquisition of Seychelles Breweries, along with the inception of Coca-Cola production at Edena in Réunion Island as from 2026, represent key achievements aligned with the IBL Group’s “IBL Beyond Borders” strategy. These initiatives position us to accelerate regional expansion and generate long-term value across the Indian Ocean.
To all our stakeholders, thank you for your continued trust and support as we shape the next chapter of sustainable growth, together.

Vision in Action

Welcome to the Phoenix Beverages Group website, and thank you for your interest in our company. At Phoenix Beverages Group, we are proud of our heritage, but it is our forward-looking mindset that drives us. We are a passionate and diverse team, united by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth. Every day, we strive to deliver high-quality beverages that not only meet the evolving expectations of our consumers, but also contribute meaningfully to the communities and environments in which we operate.

Over the past year, we have continued to strengthen our regional footprint with strategic milestones — including the acquisition of Seychelles Breweries in 2025, the inception of Coca-Cola production at Edena in Réunion Island in 2026, and a 34.66% equity stake in African Originals – Kenya in 2024. These developments reflect our ambition to become a regional leader while staying grounded in our values: integrity, responsibility, collaboration, and care.
ESG remains at the heart of everything we do. From eco-conscious production practices to our growing portfolio of lower-alcohol and reduced-sugar options, we are committed to creating long-term value, not just for our stakeholders, but for future generations.
Thank you once again for visiting us. I invite you to explore our story, our brands, and our vision for the future.
